Abby provides board placement and governance advisory services to clients of JamesDruryPartners through our firm’s BoardSelect® and board search capabilities.

She joined JamesDruryPartners in 2023, bringing nearly a decade of board advisory and executive search experience. Prior to joining our firm, Abby worked in retained search, in-house executive recruitment, and professional services. She has built a robust network of corporate executives and board directors while working with accomplished leaders of both publicly traded and private equity-owned companies. Her diverse industry experience includes retail, consumer products, banking, wealth and asset management, insurance, fintech and payments.

Abby most recently served as a key member of EY’s (Ernst & Young’s) Financial Services Organization, advising clients on matters of board readiness, succession planning, board composition, and governance. She began her career in executive search and recruitment at Kirk Palmer Associates and Academy Sports + Outdoors. Abby earned her degree in journalism and political science from Michigan State University.
