Adam Stavisky, former Senior Vice President, US Benefits at Walmart Inc.  During his six years at Walmart, Adam was responsible for developing Walmart’s strategic vision for all benefits across its U.S. businesses and ensuring their effective delivery. Adam championed innovations and system improvements to concretely enhance the health and financial security for Walmart’s 1.6 million US associates. Prior to Walmart, Adam spent more than 20 years building benefits consulting businesses and at several national firms, including Fidelity Investments, Mercer, and Aon (formerly Hewitt Associates). He also advised dozens of the F500 on benefits and engagement strategies. Since retiring from Walmart in 2024, Adam now skis, kayaks and advises market disruptors on product, partner, and go-to-market strategies.
