Ailene Bui is the Head of Employer and Labor Partnerships at GRAIL, a healthcare company with a mission to detect cancer early, when it can be cured. Ailene has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, and business development, where she has held leadership roles at Fitbit, Hinge Health, and IBM. Ailene earned her MPH from UCLA with a focus on health policy and management, and she is passionate about how the private sector can further public health goals. Outside of work Ailene enjoys exploring new music and art.
