Alessandra Assenza

Alessandra Assenza is the Senior Expert on Labor and Human Rights within the Global Legal Function of Fresenius Medical Care. In this role, she leads the cross functional taskforce for the implementation of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in the Supply Chain. She has a labor law background, with a focus on International and European Labor Law and, in her previous roles, she was advising companies and employers' members associations on international labor standards and human rights topics within the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO). Apart from her mother tongue Italian, she is also fluent in English, French and Spanish.
