Alexandra is the Global Head of Internal Communications at Bloomberg. In this role, she is responsible for the creation, coordination, and delivery of all internal communications to more than 21,000 employees in 192 locations globally. Alexandra works closely with the company’s senior business leaders to develop creative, dynamic, and comprehensive strategic plans to tell the company’s technology and innovation story to our global team, promote our unique corporate culture, and facilitate open communication within and between teams. She oversees all the company’s internal platforms, including its intranet, wide array of employee newsletters, multimedia team and internal video production capabilities.

Prior to joining Bloomberg in April 2023, Alexandra was at JPMorgan Chase where she was a Managing Director and the head of Global Technology Communications. In that role, she was responsible for building communications, engagement and change management programs that brought the company’s technology vision and strategy to life and educated 55,000+ technologists. In addition, Alexandra was responsible for communicating firmwide technology programs, including cybersecurity and workplace technology. She was also managed executive communications for Lori Beer, Global Chief Information Officer and Operating Committee member, and the members of the Global Technology Leadership team.

Prior to re-joining JPMorgan Chase in 2015, Alexandra served in many communications capacities, including as Barclays’ head of Internal Communications for Wealth and Investment Management (Americas) and as head of Investor Relations for J.P. Morgan’s Global Access Portfolios.

Alexandra holds a M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

In her spare time, Alexandra mentors women pursuing fertility treatment.

Alexandra lives in New York, with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
