Ali Hartman

Ali Hartman is the Head of Responsible Investment at Tiger Global and Head of Tiger Global Impact Ventures (TGIV). In this hybrid role, she leads the firm's approach to responsible investment and the integration of ESG factors across its public and private funds, as well as TGIV’s venture philanthropy and venture impact strategies.

Previously, Ali was Head of Global Citizenship and a Director of ESG Strategy at KKR. Ali also worked on the Global Public Affairs team at Coca-Cola on a range of social and environmental issues, studied worker rights at the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Paris, and completed fieldwork abroad in child labor issues and human rights.

Ali holds a B.A. in Women Studies and Human Rights from Columbia College at Columbia University and completed her M.A. in International Affairs at L’Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). She is currently a trusted advisor or active board member for several nonprofits.
