Alisa Manjarrez

Alisa Manjarrez is a Vision Producer at The Happy Cactus, where powerful women gain clarity to cast a vision, create a strategy, and make it happen. As an executive coach and former marketing executive, Alisa combines her evidenced based coaching with creative brainstorming and strategy techniques to help you get to the core of what matters most to you, discover and cultivate your strengths, and put your plans into action. On the creative side, Alisa specializes in award-winning digital storytelling, brand strategy, global marketing and product launch campaigns. Alisa produces and hosts two podcasts. The first is one she created with her brother (an investment advisor) called Seriously Though, a podcast for modern professionals looking to create the life of their dreams and the wealth to go with it. The other is with two Fortune 50 executives called What Rules!? which focuses on how multicultural women outsmart the game to advance their career. Alisa is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has a bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Vanguard University, and a master’s in Organizational Management and Leadership from Fielding University with a concentration in Evidenced Based Coaching. She lives in San Pedro, California with lots and lots of plants.
