Alli leads the Total Absence Management Leave and Disability function for UnitedHealth Group.  Including Optum, UnitedHealthcare and other subsidiaries, UnitedHealth Group employs over 245,000 in the US. Alli acts as a strategic partner with UHG leave and disability vendors and is a resource to the Enterprise People Teams.

Alli joined UHG in 2012 and partnered with the company's Total Rewards teams to implement Paid Parental Leave and Paid Caregiver Leave. She works across a spectrum of projects related to improving employee and manager experience and helping the business better understand leave utilization and trends. Her experience also includes consulting on the Americans with Disabilities Act and leave as a reasonable accommodation.

During the Pandemic, Alli worked on many aspects of the Enterprise's strategy to care for employees recovering from COVID-19. In 2021 and 2022 her team also played a key role in the Vaccination and Return-to-Office campaigns.

In addition to Leave and Disability administration, Alli's team consults with business leaders to help resolve complex employee leave issues and supports the Enterprise M&A workstream.

 Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Alli worked in Leave and Disability claims operations for a large, national retailer. Alli holds a BA from University of Iowa and resides in Minneapolis, MN.
