Allison Bronander

Allison Bronander is a Senior Member Engagement Associate within the Human Capital (HC) Center. She manages a portfolio of Members, mainly in the Northeast, by engaging with Senior HR Leaders and their teams. Allison connects members with HC subject matter experts and recommends relevant research and programming.

Prior to joining The Conference Board, Allison interned at a beauty startup company, worked as an academic research assistant, and served as a case management assistant.

Allison obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
