Relevant Experience/Specialization

Alyse Manglik is a director in the Health Management practice of WTW’s Health and Benefits business in San Francisco. She has more than 15 years of health and benefits experience, including nine years in her current role.

Alyse serves as the CCMU Client Delivery and Retention Lead for the WTW Custom Care Management Unit (CCMU) product, with responsibility for CCMU product evolution and client success.  She previously led carrier operations for the WTW CCMU partnerships with several national and regional carriers. In this role, she was accountable for carrier management, strategy, performance, sales, reporting, client issue resolution and oversight.

Prior to joining WTW, Alyse was the manager of employee wellness and health services for a hospital, where she provided operational leadership for the wellness, disease surveillance and workers compensation programs. Previously, she worked for a health management vendor, providing onsite wellness program management for a client in the high-tech industry

Education and Credentials

Alyse holds an M.P.H. with an emphasis on health behavior and health education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in anthropology and psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
