Mandy Day joined Cigna, a Fortune 12 company, in January 2015 as the Head of Talent Acquisition for U.S. Markets, was promoted in 2016 to the Global Head of TA and took on her current position as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition in 2020. In her current role as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition she has overall global responsibility (80K+ ee’s) for the entire recruitment and employment infrastructure including process, policy and procedures, social media, diversity and inclusion recruitment, early career, recruitment technology, data and analytics, AI, employment branding, assessment and assessment systems, contingent labor ($1B), internal mobility and vendor/search partner management. In 2021 Mandy helped guide her team in the most difficult talent market yet to deliver 21K hires across the globe. In 2022 she was awarded The Talent Acquisition Leader of the year award by HRO Today.
