Ami Parekh, MD, JD sets Included Health's clinical vision and strategy to deliver value for clients and improve health outcomes for members. She leads the company’s Health Strategy and Insights Team including Analytics and Actuarial, Provider Strategy and Relations, Clinical Strategy & Outcomes Research, Clinical Market Initiatives, and Public Policy. Previously, she was Chief Medical Officer for Population Health and Clinical Integration at UCSF Health, and also worked at McKinsey. Ami serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts board of directors. After Yale Medical School and Yale Law School, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Previously, Ami has been named one of 50 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Hospital Review (2016), 32 Chief Population Health Officers to Know (2019), Fierce Healthcare Women of Influence (2020) and SF Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Business (2021).
