Amit Mohindra is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow, Human Capital. He also leads the Data Analytics and Insights team in Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) division, which includes global corporate brand and communications, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, public affairs and security teams. Amit and his team are charged with making GCA more data-driven, analytical, and AI-ready. He is also founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, a leading global analytics advisory, coaching, and education firm. Prior to his role at Takeda, Amit built and scaled analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, and Wayfair.
Amit began his professional career as a labor economist at The World Bank and subsequently worked in business consulting and corporate roles for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, IBM, Lucent Technologies, and Willis Towers Watson, where he held global leadership roles in HR, total rewards, talent management, DE&I, M&A, operations, executive development, communications, and mobility. He applies his electrical engineering background and decades of business and analytics experience in guiding organizations and individuals toward success in their analytics and digital journeys.
Amit has been a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board (TCB) and was the founding program director of its Intelligent Automation Executives Council and a founding member of TCB’s Human Capital Analytics council. He has also been a member of the Compensation and Workforce Planning councils and is currently a member of the Strategic Communications II council.
Amit teaches analytics virtually at Stanford Continuing Studies. He has taught in executive education programs at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Amit holds a doctorate in education specializing in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California, an AM in economics from Brown University, and a BS in electrical engineering and an AB in economics and business from Lafayette College.
