Amit Parikh is the COO of Level, which is expanding access to employee benefits. Level’s platform allows employers to promote the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of employees.

Prior to joining Level in 2023, Amit was the executive vice president of embedded finance at Green Dot. He led the team responsible for delivering powerful embedded finance solutions for some of the world’s most respected brands, such as Apple, Amazon, and Intuit. Amit joined Green Dot from Apple Inc. where he spent six years in various leadership positions, most recently head of wallet services partnerships. While at Apple, he also served as the COO of Apple Payments Inc., and helped develop multiple features for Apple Pay, including Apple Cash, Student ID and Transit. Prior to joining Apple, Amit held various business development roles at Discover Financial Services from 2010 to 2015. Amit holds a dual MBA from the Columbia School of Business in New York, NY and the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, CA.
