Prior to Vericity, Amy was a proven HR Executive with Private Equity experience and success in driving EBITA. Amy is known as an expert in organizational transformation and strategic planning who partners with executive teams to lead enterprise-wide change management and cultural transformation. She holds a MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University and a BA in International Business from University of Dayton
