Amy Henry

Amy Henry is the Wellness Manager for Ecolab; the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services. Amy leads the North America wellness offerings within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence grounded in her goal to provide the tools and resources to allow associates to take an active role in their wellness journey. During Amy’s tenure, Ecolab has implemented a variety of employer paid programs to help with associate well-being in addition to a resource center, newsletter and captain support network. Amy draws on her education and experience to provide an analytic perspective and approach to benefits offerings and communications at Ecolab. Outside of work you can find Amy supporting her boys at their school football, baseball and lacrosse games, with the family at a car show in their 1970 Nova, or supporting the local fire department of which her husband is a lieutenant.
