Amy Mancilla

Amy Mancilla is the Director of Employee Insights at UPS, the world’s largest package delivery company and premier provider of global supply chain solutions. In her current role, she utilizes IO Psychology and data analysis to inform global talent strategies which enhance the employee experience of UPS’s 500,000+ employees. Amy received her masters in IO Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Florida. Amy is an AmeriCorps Vista alumna and former Assistant Director of the Shelter Diagnostic System (SDS), an outreach initiative focusing on non-profit organization effectiveness. The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) honored Amy as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever. Amy also served as founding president of Next OnBoard, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women into corporate board and executive positions in Georgia. Through her professional and community involvement, Amy leverages her passion for uncovering people insights to partner with business and community leaders to translate data trends into actionable solutions that inspire, connect and engage a diverse, high-performing workforce.
