Amy is a senior member of the PwC Human Capital Team, with 25+ years of HR leadership spanning 325,000 employees in 150+ countries.  She currently serves as the People Operations Leader for the Advisory practice in the US, where her focus is on transforming the way PwC deploys staff through process and technology. She has significant experience driving benefits and value from our people-related technology, along with innovation and enhancements.  She led PwC's largest global human capital transformation, which included the implementation of Workday across the PwC Network of Firms. Prior to this project, Amy led and managed all facets of Career Development, Retention, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Change Management, Digital Transformation, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She is an open-minded listener who builds trust and lasting relationships. She is strategic and innovative, while being flexible, agile, and executing successfully to completion, pulling the best out of people along the way. Amy is a strong, caring, authentic developer of talent.

On the personal front, Amy and her husband, Gabe, have two grown children and two grand dogs. She is an avid golfer and runner, who has completed multiple marathons.
