Andrew Bell, LLB

Andrew has extensive personal and business experience working with people and organizations across six continents and in more than 50 countries. He started as a human resource professional with Unilever, subsequently acquiring extensive business experience as an entrepreneur in Asia and in the corporate world in the U.S.A.

During a 23-year career with Unilever he had senior roles in the U.K., China, and Singapore, becoming SVP Human Resources for the East Asia Pacific region. Subsequently he established his own consulting business in Singapore, moving to the USA to become Vice President International of CPP Inc. after they acquired his consulting business.

He has been involved with The Conference Board (TCB) for 25 years, initially as a Council member in Asia. He has previously served as Leader - Strategic H.R. Institute, Senior Fellow - Human Capital Institute and as the Program Director for; Asia CHRO Council, Senior H.R. Business Partners Council, U.S.A., International H.R. Executives Council, Asia Diversity & Inclusion Council, and the Asia Employee Engagement & Experience Council. For TCB he has also organized and chaired H.R. conferences, contributed to research and authored several publications.

He is currently President, AB Consulting Group, LLC. and lives in Santa Barbara, California. He has Permanent Residency in the U.S.A. & Singapore and is a UK citizen. He graduated with an LLB degree in Law & Politics.
