Andrew Dobos

Andrew Dobos is Head of HR for Moderna’s international operations based in Basel, Switzerland. In his role, he is responsible for culture, talent and organization development for Moderna’s rapidly growing population outside the United States, with primary focus on commercial manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality. Andrew’s prior role as head of Organization and Talent Development at Moderna’s Cambridge, Mass. Headquarters included leadership of the company’s Culture & Belonging, Talent Management, and Learning & Development teams. He led the team that developed the Moderna Mindsets, which are the code to Moderna’s unique, innovative culture. Andrew and his husband Brian recently relocated to Zürich, Switzerland, from Boston. They are passionate world explorers but always appreciate returning back to New England and their home away from home on Cape Cod.
