Andrew Torres is a Senior Personnel Analyst for the Personnel Department of the City of Los Angeles where he manages the City of Los Angeles’ employee wellness program, LIVEwell. LIVEwell serves an eligible population of over 27,000 civilian employees across more than 40 city departments. Andrew has worked for the City of Los Angeles since 2019 and has managed the wellness program since 2024. Prior to joining the world of employee benefits, he worked for the Personnel Department’s Office of Workplace Equity. Andrew is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.
