Andy Wolff is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Qualcomm, Inc., a leader in wireless tech innovation, enabling a world where everyone and everything can be intelligently connected. Founded in 1985, Qualcomm now employs over 45,000 people, in over 40 countries. Andy is responsible for the design and execution of Qualcomm’s compensation, benefits and mobility programs. Additionally, Andy oversees the Human Resources organization's delivery on mergers and acquisitions.

Andy started at Qualcomm in 1998. Prior to joining the Human Resources organization, Andy was part of Qualcomm’s Finance organization for 15 years, where he led the financial planning and analysis team, along with other roles. Andy began his career as a credit analyst for LaSalle National Bank. He earned his BA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
