Angela Blake

Angela Blake is head of executive coaching, assessments, and competency models at Verizon, as part of the performance management and talent development Center of Excellence. Angela has spent more than two decades designing and delivering integrated talent and learning strategies that support enterprise-wide culture transformations and business priorities in an industry of rapid technological advancement. In prior roles, Angela has led Verizon’s executive education and top talent leadership development center, diversity and inclusion programming, Verizon’s Corporate Leadership University, and employee engagement strategies. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Castleton University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Norwich University. She lives in Vermont with her teenage daughter and puppy, where they enjoy the great outdoors year-round.
