Anne Durham

Anne Durham is an Employee Benefits Manager at KeyBank, overseeing leaves of absence administration, health and welfare benefit operations, and workers’ compensation. As part of her role, Anne is responsible for coordinating company leave policies with state and federal programs and delivering a positive employee experience.  Before joining Key in 2017, she held a number of roles in her 18 years with First Niagara Bank supporting payroll, leave and disability administration, benefits design, and retirement.  Anne earned her CEBS designation and currently resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband, Mark, and recently rescued puppy, Harley.
