Anne Marie Pernice

Anne Marie Pernice is an Executive Coach, Human Resources leader and leadership development professional with a track record of developing and delivering award-winning learning experiences.  Recognized as a strategic thought partner and trailblazer in developing the coaching foundation and offerings at Medtronic, she is passionate about bringing out the best in others to humanize the workplace and create a kinder, better world.  Anne Marie delivers evidence-based coaching to exceptional leaders across Medtronic and is a leader in the Coaching Center of Expertise.  Her current focus is on expanding internal coaching offerings - that are global, scalable and leverage internal coaches - and sustaining internal coaching quality through continuing education and community engagement.  She leads the Internal Coach Community of Practice – 70+ directors and vice presidents (business and HR leaders) and provides group and 1:1 mentor coaching.  Anne Marie is a recipient of Medtronic’s HR Stewardship Award 2019 and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Minnesota Chapter PRISM Award in 2018 for contributions related to coaching. Outside of the coaching space, she designed, developed, and deployed Empower Your Voice – Build and Project Confidence, a workshop and train-the-trainer offered through Medtronic Women’s Network (MWN) for global delivery.  She built and led a team that consisted of volunteers passionate about the topic and interested in developing their skills and experiences. This offering was a recipient of Medtronic’s HR Stewardship Award 2017 and contributed to Medtronic receiving the 2020 Catalyst Award. Anne Marie joined Medtronic in 2006 and has held leadership and consulting roles for business-critical initiatives focused on increasing individual, team, and organization effectiveness.  Prior to Medtronic, she was at The Gillette Company managing technical training and learning services in manufacturing.
