Annie Itsell is a people-first leader who is passionate about elevating the human experience. As the Director of Total Rewards at Oscar Health, Annie built Oscar’s first people experience function to positively impact employees and connect them to Oscar’s values. Today, she leads the Total Rewards team and its efforts to streamline processes, define rewards, and align the offering with what employees value. She's impacted many key company initiatives and milestones during her 5 years with Oscar, including her role in the work stream to take the company public in March of 2021.
