Partner, The Engagement Institute™
Anthony Caputo is a partner with The Conference Board in The Engagement Institute™ and a consultant at Sirota Consulting. Caputo is involved in various research projects and product development initiatives at Sirota. Recently, he explored normative data to identify the challenges that C-suite teams are facing, and he is currently helping design new surveys and 360 assessments. He has also made many contributions to Sirota’s research and development efforts by designing training materials for consultants and collaborating with external venders on partnership initiatives. Caputo is a frequent contributor to the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference.
Before joining Sirota, Anthony worked with the United Nations’ Office for Project Services (UNOPS), in the North America Office, where he developed a roster-type recruitment system. He has also held roles at Columbia Business School’s Behavioral Research Lab and The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where he published an Employee Sponsorship Program within the New York District Office. Anthony has a master of arts degree in social-organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, and a bachelor of arts from Seton Hall University, where he currently serves as an adjunct professor of I/O psychology.
