Antonio Moraes

Antonio Moraes is the CEO and co-founder of XP Health, a vision platform he started in 2018 to combat the often confusing, expensive, and frustrating experiences common with vision      insurance. With the help of groundbreaking and award-winning technology, XP Health created the world’s first all-in-one vision health platform that makes accessing high-quality vision services more seamless, easy, and affordable.

Prior to XP Health, he co-founded Vox Capital, which became a Harvard Business School case study and is internationally recognized as a pioneer impact investing fund, mainly focused on healthcare. Moraes is a co-author and co-producer of "A New Capitalism,” an international documentary available in 190 countries on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Google Play. He has been awarded the Goldman Sachs Global Leaders Award and was a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council. Moraes has been a keynote speaker at the World Economic Forum, HSM Expo Management, and the World Entrepreneurship Forum, as well as at Harvard Business School, MIT, and Stanford University.

A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Moraes holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and public policy from Fundação Getulio VargasFGV and master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare policy from Stanford University.
