Anusha Nair is a chemical engineer with a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology. As part of the research team at SD Guthrie, she contributed to research innovations in fermentation, molecular biology and developed processes for biochemical and enzymatic analysis. Her work also included functional genomics and enhancement of palm oil quality.

Now serving as the head of the Value Management Office, Anusha leverages her research expertise to drive innovation management across the organization. She and her team has spearheaded the implementation of Agile project management within R&D and developed strategic frameworks to enhance knowledge management, ensuring alignment between top-down and bottom-up processes. Her approach fosters collaboration across various departments while building connections with external communities and ecosystems.
