I always knew there was a place for psychology in business, I just didn't know what it was, and then, I stumbled upon Organizational Change Management. Over 15 years later, I continue to be in love with OCM. I feel privileged to have a role that aligns to my values and enables me to educate leaders and employees on what great change management looks like. My approach is based in theory but executed in a very pragmatic, approachable way that shifts the dialogue from 'here we go again' to "what's next"?
