Arlene Mu is Senior Counsel and Head of Privacy at Lowe’s. In this role, Arlene manages the company’s multi-jurisdictional privacy program, provides strategic privacy and cyber preparedness counseling, leads the company’s incident response efforts, and advises on various data protection requirements and industry best practices. She leads the company’s cross-functional privacy compliance efforts, and regularly partners with business stakeholders to support initiatives involving data privacy and security issues. Arlene received her J.D. from Wake Forest University, LL.M. from University of Southern California. She holds CIPP/US, CIPP/C and CIMP certifications.
