A Navy veteran, United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School graduate, Ashley currently serves as Head of Sales & Partnerships at Gaia Family, the first and only Value-Based Family Building benefit. Before Gaia, Ashley held various leadership roles in sales, partnerships, and consultant relations at Sword, Virta, and Castlight Health. Additionally, she worked in the healthcare practice at McKinsey & Company, serving clients in healthcare delivery, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries.

Ashley lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her husband and two young kids and has a passion for skiing and volleyball. Her career vision is to help start-ups bring incredible products to the mainstream by working with employers to innovate and improve our overall delivery of healthcare using technology.
