Asi Started his career in the corporate learning industry in 1990 by defining ways in which the emerging media rich technologies could bring training to life. Since then he has worked with companies, governments, research and standardisation bodies (including European research projects and the ADL) contributing to advancements in the field.

Today, as the Director for Skills and Talent Development at the London Stock Exchange Group Asi leads the team that focuses on transforming the 26K strong, 350 year old organisation to a skills based one. By underpinning HR processes with skills LSEG is making people process more transparent, fair and equitable.
