Audrey Van Belleghem

Audrey Van Belleghem serves as Business Lead in Facebook's Infrastructure group, managing the execution of complex, cross-functional operations and programs. One of the strategic initiatives she supports is Facebook’s Return to Work Program, a 16-week immersive program designed for people who have been away from work for two years or longer and are looking to re-enter the workforce full-time. Previous roles Audrey has held include Senior Vice President of Operations and the Grace Hopper Celebration at AnitaB.org, a non-profit organization supporting women in technology, and Chief of Staff of Engineering at NetApp, a Fortune 500 company providing storage and data management solutions. Audrey has been named a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and has been recognized by the U.S. Department of State as a Technical Mentor to women in the Middle East and North Africa. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
