Ayesha has decades of demonstrated leadership in human capital, compliance and legal across the Americas, Europe, and Asia and has managed budgets of multi-millions at some of the most iconic companies including The Walt Disney Company, WeWork and Amtrak. Ayesha is a growth and human capital forecasting expert. She has integrated over eight (8) M&A companies, resulting in increased revenue, profit, and talent retention. As a recognized expert and thought leader, Ayesha has appeared on Bloomberg, FOX, NBC and NPR. She has been published in Forbes, The Hill, Venture Beat, Entrepreneur and Business Insider. 

In addition to her human capital experience, Ayesha enjoyed a successful legal career. While an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, a large global law firm, Ayesha handled complex executive compensation, risk mitigation and M&A for Fortune 500 companies. She also served as a prosecutor and Special Counsel for the District of Columbia. Recently, Ayesha founded Ellevator, a private membership organization focused on enhancing the skills and network of women of color. Ayesha received a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Howard University School of Law.
