Barbara is a Psychologist with more than ten years of experience in Human Resources, a significant part of which was dedicated to D&I. In her trajectory, Barbara highlights achieving equity in 50/50 leadership positions and launching the Unstereotype Alliance with UN Women in Brazil. She has also served for two years as director of MM360 (Brazil), which brings together more than 50 companies for women's empowerment. Since 2019, Barbara has been working for Uber as part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team. Barbara oversees the DEI Strategy for LatAm, EMEA, and APAC and serves as a DEI business partner to the global Tech team.

She has a master's degree in Social Psychology.
