Barbara Vietor is currently Vice President, Total Rewards for Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc. where she is responsible for the design and implementation of rewards strategies to support strategic business objectives. This includes global executive and broad-based compensation, benefits and wellness, and mobility strategies designed to ensure attraction, retention, and motivation of quality talent.  Prior to this role, Barbara was Vice President, Total Rewards for United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) and Iron Mountain, Inc, where she led the development of a new strategies and programs including compensation, benefits and wellness, HR Analytics and HRIS. She also dedicates her time as leader and Board member for two non-profit organizations - the Mystic Seaport Museum (Mystic, CT) and Courageous Sailing (Boston, MA).
