Ben Carter is the Senior Vice President of Org Success & Total Rewards at Workday.  He is responsible for all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and global wellbeing, as well as Org Success, which includes the HR Business Partner and Organization Effectiveness function.  Ben partners with the People and Purpose Leadership Team to help define the people strategy for the company, and manages the relationship with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Ben joined Workday in January of 2020.  Prior to Workday, Ben was the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Texas Instruments, where he worked for 20 years.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
