Ben Pasker is the Vice President of Customer Success at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility, family-building, and lifelong hormonal healthcare platform for everyone, everywhere. In his role, Ben focuses on the engagement, succession, and growth of Carrot's enterprise and health plan customers.

Ben is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience working across employee benefits and healthcare, specializing in managing client success teams. Before joining Carrot, Ben was the Vice President of Account Management at RxBenefits, a pharmacy benefits organization, where he led a team of over 200 account management and client service professionals, supporting over 2,600 clients in pharmacy benefit management. Ben has also held long-standing leadership roles at ADP and BusinessSolver, prominent employee benefits administration platforms, where he excelled in driving client relationships and ensuring success.

Ben earned his bachelor's degree from William Penn University. He currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa, where he enjoys spending time with his family and shuttling his kids around to various sporting events.
