Baruch Plagman is Co-Program Director for The Conference Board Chief Data Officer Council. He brings over 25 years of data management, technology, and regulatory experience to The Conference Board. Baruch started his career at JPM Chase and the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, pioneering initiatives in enterprise data resource management. He was with PwC as a partner in their financial services consulting practice for 18 years. Currently, Baruch serves as a practicing and founding partner at TechPar Group LLC.
Baruch has extensive experience with enterprise data architecture and metadata management, having advised organizations on enterprise data architecture, data governance, standards, and the risks of data aggregation. He led the PwC data warehousing practice for over 10 years, planning, developing, and implementing enterprise data analytics and reporting initiatives. His broad experience enables him to bridge the gap between business and technology, introducing innovation and digital transformation change programs and making them endure.
