Mrs. Biggs has over twenty-five years of HR experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies from a variety of industries: manufacturing, defense, engineering services and communications. She has had the opportunity to support a number of other areas over her career, including in mergers and acquisitions, union negotiations, risk management and payroll. She joined Charter Communications in March 2010 as Benefits Director and currently serves as their Group Vice President, Benefits & Employee Services Center with responsibility for their 95,000 employees’ health, welfare, benefits administration, retirement programs, employee services center and HR continuous improvement. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Culver-Stockton College, an MBA from William Woods University and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans & the Wharton School of the Univ. of Pennsylvania. She served as a St. Louis ISCEBS Chapter Board member from 2005-2010 holding key leadership roles. She served as a Board member of the St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition from 2011-2021. In 2014, she was selected as the Cable & Telecommunications Human Resources Associations (CTHRA) Aspiring Leader of the Year. She currently resides in Chesterfield, Missouri with her husband, youngest son and mini-labradoodle, Indi. As a family, they enjoy spending time together hiking, cycling, playing board games, boating, and traveling.
