The Conference Board
Beth Ladd is a Program Director of the Innovation Forum Community of The Conference Board. She is a former member of the executive committee of the Applied Innovation Council, where she gained significant regard for the empowering community of The Conference Boards’ Councils. Beth Ladd is the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Information, Data Empowerment and Assurance for the University of Colorado – Anschutz Medical campus.
Previously, Beth served as the Vice President for Innovation for the American Supply Association, where she led the first national-level data governance council and built the Distribution Next Innovation Lab. Before this, Beth directed Caterpillar’s global Innovation Labs as the Information Analytics R&D Manager. She also held key roles at Illinois State University and the University of Illinois system, where she established and supported centralized Institutional Data Warehouses and business intelligence tool sets.
Beth holds an MBA from the University of Saint Mary and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Eastern Illinois University.
