Brad Kempf is the Sr. Director of Global Benefits at Stripe, with over 17 years of benefits experience in the healthcare and tech industries. Brad and his team are responsible for strategy development and administration of Stripe's benefits programs, while prioritizing a high-value benefits experience for 7,000+ employees in 27 countries As part of leading benefits communication initiatives, Brad has partnered with Segal at three different high-tech companies to improve how employees interact and engage with their benefits -- empowering them to be informed consumers of their benefits. This includes the creation of new benefits websites and interactive resources, such as decision support tools. Brad is also a member of customer advisory boards/panels for two market leading benefits vendors.
