Brandy Parker joined Travel + Leisure Co. in June 2021 and currently serves as Director of Health & Welfare Benefits and Wellbeing programs and initiatives for Travel + Leisure U.S and Canadian-based populations. Brandy’s primary goal in her role is to develop innovative and comprehensive benefit strategies that attract and retain top talent within the Travel and Hospitality industry.  In addition to her formal role, Brandy is actively engaged in Travel + Leisure’s diversity initiatives, serving as a member of the company’s Coalition of Black Associates (CoBA) and Women in Travel (WIT), which are employee resource groups dedicated to supporting the growth and development of minority employees, business initiatives and marginalized communities.

Brandy is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of Central Florida, where she obtained her Master’s in Health Administration degree. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, spending time with family, including her beloved dog Remy, and traveling the world.
