Brent Schwartz

Brent Schwartz is Director HR, Total Rewards with Hess Corporation. He is a member of the Human Resources leadership team. Brent is responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of the company’s compensation, benefits and payroll programs globally. Brent has 22 years of experience with organizations such as Baker Hughes, BHP Billiton and Schlumberger, leading and developing global teams across the range of human resources (HR) disciplines, including consulting, business support, total rewards, policy development, talent management, global mobility and HR technology. He has worked in the Middle East and United States. Brent joined Hess in 2011 and has held several roles, including Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits; Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for the global Offshore business unit; Director, Benefits and Service Delivery; and, most recently, Director, HR Information Systems and Service Delivery. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University, and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
