Brian Gorla

Brian is a Certified Executive Coach who works comfortably with all levels of people—associates to executives. He uses a highly structured coaching and mentoring process. Brian has had a very impressive corporate career as a senior executive with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, LLC.), a provider of business outsourcing/human capital management solutions. Most recently Brian worked for ADP in Atlanta, GA as Division Vice President Relationship Management (2007 – 2014). In this role, he was responsible for the Global Enterprise Services Relationship Management organizations, including establishing their vision and leading a 70 person global team. He was responsible for retention and up-sell opportunities for a $700M client portfolio.

Brian previously worked in Los Angeles, CA for ADP as Division Vice President & General Manager (1995 – 2007). He was responsible for the growth of the $200M National Service Center. Earlier he held the position of Vice President Client Services, also in Los Angeles, CA (1992 – 1995).

Brian began his ADP career in individual contributor roles in operations, earning quick promotions to executive leadership.

Brian has both BS and MS degrees from the University of Missouri/St. Louis and Webster University respectively. Brian earned Coaching Certifications through ADP (2007) and through The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) organization (2014).
