Brian has responsibility for the development of McDonald’s Global Benefits, and International and US Mobility programs in alignment with the People Function strategy and McDonald’s Values. Brian was previously also responsible for the development of the Long-Term Incentive programs.

Brian oversees the structure and optimization of the benefits ecosystem, financial, clinical, and risk management, QEC analytics, and the development a global benefits framework, with an overarching goal of continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Brian was a consultant in London, then Chicago, working with numerous large multinational companies to evaluate their Global Mobility programs for effectiveness in compensation programs, talent management and assignee administration. His focus was on increasing compliance, while managing costs and improving the global assignee experience for large global companies.
