Brian Pickthall

Brian joined The Boeing Company in 2010 as regional Total Rewards leader with responsibility for the United Kingdom and Ireland, together with global responsibility for Boeing’s reward market intelligence strategy and development.  Brian led a number of international reward projects for Boeing in the EMEA and AsiaPacific regions before retiring in 2021. 

In the past Brian has worked for many years in leadership roles in the Human Resource and reward fields across a diverse range of sectors, including Aerospace & Defence, Banking, Pensions & Investment and FMCG sectors.

Brian has a degree in sociology from Reading University and a Master’s in applied social sciences from Brunel University.  He became Council Director for The Conference Board Total Rewards Council in January 2018.
