Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management

Brian Storts is the System Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management for Sutter Health. In this role he leads all aspects of enterprise change management. He also leads organizational effectiveness, including the Sutter Health Performance Management Center of Expertise. As an expert change deployment leader and practitioner, Brian has implemented internal change capabilities in multiple organizations and led all aspects of building and growing organizational change maturity. As a talent management and organizational effectiveness leader, he has established numerous programs for talent, culture, engagement, and performance. Prior to Sutter Health, Brian held vice president roles in multiple Fortune 100 organizations in strategy, strategic operations, business intelligence, and talent and change management capacities. He has also supported large scale organizational design, organizational change, and merger and acquisition transition initiatives as an external consultant, working at all levels from front line to CEO. On weekends, Brian can often be seen exploring the outdoors as an avid hiker and overlanding enthusiast.
