Brittany Cunningham

Brittany is the Senior Director for the Episodes of Care Office within Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Brittany has taken her 20 years of experience and passion as a nurse to lead a multidisciplinary team of 25 members to learn how to be successful in federal, state, and direct-to-employer value-based care contracting initiatives to increase quality and decrease cost. The MyHealth Bundles program, the direct-to-employer bundles program, has 10 programs developed and implemented since its conception in 2019. Over 3,500 patients have enrolled in various bundles since January 2020, with over $2m in savings to the employer and the patient paying zero out of pocket. Brittany has a Master’s of Nursing from Vanderbilt University and is expected to graduate this December with a Doctorate of Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality.
